#ElvisEnergyExperiment: Daily energy routine
Throughout 2023 we’ll be exploring our energy, how it affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. To help us to do this we’ve been hooking up with a series of experts who set us an experiment every month to help us discover a new way of managing our energy. To kick things off in January, we’re working with the amazing Amanda Allan and following her Eden Daily Energy Routine 28-day challenge!
It’s 2023, and we’ve got some great news to kick the year off with.
The Elvis Energy Experiments are back!
We couldn’t be more excited about our plans for this year and the experts we’re going to be partnering with. We’ll be exploring our energy, how it affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. To help us to do this we’ve been hooking up with a series of experts who set us an experiment every month to help us discover a new way of managing our energy.
To kick things off in January, we’re working with the amazing Amanda Allan and following her Eden Daily Energy Routine 28-day challenge!
We’re huge believers that as humans we are simply not designed for business, and we spend far too much of our time trying to fit in with its needs rather than the other way around. Yet if we can make work fit us everything becomes easier, more fun, and more successful….
And one of the best ways we know to unlock this for us is all about engaging with the very stuff of life, our life-force, our energy.
The Daily Energy Routine was created by Donna Eden, one of the world’s foremost Energy Medicine practitioners and teachers. Deceptively simple, it is a short routine of exercises that balances the bodies energies and gets them moving in optimum ways.
“When our energy is balanced and ‘humming’, our body turns into the self-healing mechanism it truly should be”.
The practice improves vitality, resilience, mental clarity, strengthens the immune system, reduces stress, and improves feeling of well-being and joy.
The Daily Energy Routine can be done standing or sitting (actually you could do it in bed!) and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Each week will have a different theme with a little something added by Amanda, and it looks like this…
· Week 1: Detoxing the body
· Week 2: Reducing stress and strengthening the immune system
· Week 3: Emotional balance with the Five elements
· Week 4: Finding our radiance with the Radiant Circuits
From Jan 9th There will be a 15 minute Daily Energy Routine every day, for 28 days.

If you want the full impact, you can join Amanda live at 7.30am every morning (via zoom) or for those who can’t make 7:30, Amanda will send out the recording shortly after so you can practice at a time that works for you.
The key to making this work is regularity, so the more you can do it across the 28 days the bigger the impact you'll feel, but if you can only make it for a day or two a week you'll still get the benefit and feel an energetic boost. And who doesn't want one of those?!
We’ll be reporting back throughout the month on how the experiment’s going for us and will be sharing the impact Amanda's Daily Energy Routine has had, so keep a look out for our updates on our social media channels.
